If your boxer could be on any sports team, what sport would they play?

I was just outside with Dacee & she was distracted with the neighbors dog through the fence (6' privacy), well, she saw me & came barrelling full speed at me, goes past me to break into a boxer burn to to only come back & slam into me, well, I've learned to turn around, bend my knees & brace myself with my legs so she slams into my behind (which by the way isn't as big as my DH claims).

So I feel the perfect sports for Dacee would be football, also soccer cause she loves attacking my feet!foolicon

Where do I sign her up?

everytime I take chloe to the dog park at night and she is the only one there she races around it and i can only see ther white feet moving, she is sooooooooo fast, i think she would Boo on head to head. Her nascar name is Crazy Chloes Commotion and she is sponsored by the energizer battery.

As for a sport w/ a prop, if i run at her i can pretty myuch pysch her out one way and run right around her on the other side, so that throws out soccer, football and basketball, I would have to say she would be good at something like flag football.. she can get around people and when she has something in the mouth and is playing keep away and when it comes to defense she could easily jump up and grab the flag. Now giving it back would be another story.

We all know that boxers would rule at wrestling and boxing:)

good post topic:)

Mason is a definite soccer player. We were at the park one day and there was a man training with his soccer ball and some cones, kicking the ball around the cones. Mason took one look at the ball and was off playing with him. At first I was trying to catch him and very apologetic, but the man said it was great - much better practice keeping a ball away from a boxer than trying to kick it round cones - they both 'trained' for about half an hour and had a blast!

I am not sure if this qualifies as a sport, but I am pretty sure my 5 mos old could win one of those hotdog eating contests! :)

When you have two boxers the sport at your home is constantly wrestling, but to make it a "team sport" I'd have to train them to go tag team! :)

:D Ginger probably could get into wrestling. Also she would make a great outfielder, I throw her a ball, she will run and catch it in her mouth almost every time. :D

She's pretty good at soccer and could be a linebacker in football. But her best sport is wrestling. There was a small terrier at the dog park picking on her. All she wanted to do was be friends. But the little dog snipped at her. Not to be backed down she stood her ground. The hairs stood up on her back as if to say don't mess with me little man. The little dog snipped again. She jumped on him with her front paws and got him in a head-lock and threw him to the ground. Of course I ran over and pulled her off of him. He steered clear of her after that and didn't pick on her again.

Sport for my boxers?

Samson - football (tackle, tough, big guy)

Delilah - gymnastics (tumblesaults, not clumbsy, balanced)

This wasn't a tough question at all...just a really good one:)

Vegas would definitely be a goalie for the Toronto Maple Leafs!! Anytime we play hockey, I have a very hard time getting one past him. On the ground, in the air it doesn't matter!!

I think he could play pro but he isn't fond of the cold. ;)
