Well, you can visit Monaco then :) It's really not a long drive from Nice.

I would really love to go but we will be nearer Aix en Provence / Marseille, then we will go to Toulouse to visit family, so I don´t think we would make it this trip. But I do intend to go, hopefully with out the kids in a nice 2 seater covertable (red).

Wow - Henri is quite the seasoned traveller, does he have his own doggie passport? :)

Great pics ! (We have come to expect nothing less, mind you )

He does, indeed :) But actually, he spends more time in France than the UK and Monaco is only an hour drive. That said, he much prefers a walk to the river anyway - there are many more sticks to chase ;)

Beautiful photos as always. Whenever there are new Henri pics I print them out for my DH (not very computer saavy). After you posted the last set he remarked about the beautiful scenery. Sure wish we had some of that near us, but we can always take pics of Bella in a bean field

Great shots...will you be watching the race in person next weekend??? It's actually on at a decent time here in the US.

On that note about France - I think it has to be the most dog friendly country in Europe. Even in the hotels they have the price lists based on the size of the dog.

You're not kidding :) On a recent visit to Eze (Medieval village, not far from Monaco and Nice) I found that at the drinking fountains there would be a "bol pour chien" provided. So Henri drank in comfort with nice icy fresh water instead of the now-warm stuff I was carrying for him. That's civilisation for you ;)
