Help!!!

hi i have a four month old boxer who is housebroke i mean if i dont see him go to the door he will have an accident every now and them but he is pretty good about it but today for the first time he had fallen asleep on the couch and wet himself and not evn noticed...but heres the kicker from 6pm to 1 am hes done it twice?? and whats wierd id hes slept with me for about two weeks strait and this is the first i have seen of this. i posted that month a while back and since then i got my boxer fixed but he seems to still wet himself sometimes and hes done it often the last couple of days and after he looks so confused and sorry and runs to the door when i see it so i dont know what to do... should i just take him to the vet?? please help me im so confused

Our 9 year old Boxer is doing the same thing lately. She seems to be peeing while she is laying down, and she is completely clueless that she is even peeing. We are taking her tomorrow morning for blood work and xrays. The doctor says it could be many different things - kidney stones, bladder infection, age, etc. I will let you know the results of the test when I receive them.
I would recommand that you talk to your vet about this. Its always best to have the results asap that way you can get medication right away.

Your poor baby! I've heard of dogs having control problems. I would take him to the vet and see if there is something wrong. Best of luck!

Poor little boy.. I can picture that confused face. Awww.

I would call the vet right away and find out for sure if there is somthing wrong.

Haha I had a talk with my grandma about it (shes has two boxers) and has had a couple generations of them and she said that boxers sleep so well usually that if they dont get enough time outside they will "leak" as they call it and when i thought about it the days he did it was the days it had rained and his time outside was very limited so i have let him run around in the backyard and uped his walkin time and he has been fin the last few days..thank you all for your replys though and if it does happen again im gonna take him in
