Our 1 year old female boxer is a very picky eater. We have switched her food 3 different times because she just wouldn't eat. The latest we have her on is Royal Canine for Boxers. When we mixed it with her old food to transition her she picked every last piece out and left the old stuff. I thought we had it made. Then she stopped eating this stuff. We tried moistening her food thinking it may be her teeth but she still picked at it. We even tried chicken broth. Finally deperate we bought some soft canned food and mixed it in and she wolfed it all down. Now she won't touch the dry kibble at all unless we have soft mixed in. She will just sniff it and do these wierd little circles with her head all around the outside of her bowl but not touch it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get her to just eat kibble. I never ever give her human food so she isn't begging for it. But who can afford to feed both now a days. She had started to finally put on some weight with this latest dry kibble but now seems to be losing a little bit. Not drastically but still. How much should a 1 year old female weigh?
