Help..whites of eyes are pink..is this normal?

Hi! I am a new boxer Mom! Max (picture coming soon) is 9 weeks old and this past week I have noticed the whites of his eyes are kinda pink and he is tearing a bit more that usual. ???????????HELP!

I have a 9 week old pup too... =)

Could it be allergies? Have you called your vet yet?

Definitely good to have it checked out to rule out conjunctivitis - which is just eye irritation for which you can use some drops the doc gives you.

Allergies are also very likely since its that time of year when strange things are blooming.

My boxers eyes get pink when he gets excited & plays a lot.

You can also rinse his eyes with just plain old saline to clean them out.

It's probably nothing.

My Boxer 6 months has pink inner eyelids... took him too vet and assured me this was completely normal

samson has red eyes when he is tired. but he also has droopy bottom lids so you can see it more.vet told me he is fine
