Help! Puppie wont go in the grass

I've only had Chloe for about 5 days now and everytime I take her outside she doesnt like to go to the bathroom on the grass how can I get her to go in the grass instead of on the concrete where everyone can see?

Take her out on leash to the grass, stand there until she poops, then praise and reward.
