Boxer Pal
I have a 12 week old Boxer puppy and also 2 other 3 year old boxers. The older boxers are the parents of the puppy. When they are all together they play REALLY rough, especially my female she bats him around like a ball and just looses her mind playing so hard I cannot get her to hear a thing I say. My male is not as bad he stands and watches until she is done then he plays, but also plays rough. They paw at him so hard and pin him on the ground and rolls him around like a ball. I would like them to be able to be in the house together but it just turns into a zoo when they are all together. I live in Tucson so I do take them out in the backyard to play because the weather is really nice but I feel like I have to watch them all the time so the puppy does not get hurt, and do not want this behavior to become a habit in the house.
In the next month or 2 the 2 older dogs will be getting fixed, the male first then the female and I hope that will calm them down some. The puppy will get fixed at 6 months also.
Any ideas would be great, I need to live in peace with all of them and I love having them in the house but right now it is in 1 at a time for the older dogs.
