DH was leery at first, but he trusts me to research and make informed decisions, so he didn't need much persuading to be gung-ho.
I have really depended upon BW members for my info, and all the advice and encouragement has truly been beneficial. I am so glad I found this website before we even got Rex. THANKS BW!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this feeding caper myself, Sylas is now 11 weeks. I have been tinkering with a few recipes and would like some expert opinions on whether they are ok? The 1st is I make a home made loaf. I use a kilo of fresh chicken mince from reputable pet food shop, blitz some potato, carrot, pumkin, peas, add to mince with raw egg and a couple cups of kibble. I then wrap that in foil (just like making garlic butter) and put it in the fridge. It firms up and become just like a bought loaf. I just cut it in slices and he loves it. I also saute a kilo beef pieces, add to that potato, carrot etc as above, about half cup brown rice and enough water so as the rice cooks. It reduces down to a nice thick gravy and he loves that too. He gets chicken necks, wings and raw beef as well. Does this all sound like I'm on the right track? Looking forward to your input.

You should start a seperate thread to get the info you are looking for instead of taking over someone eles's.
