HELP...Lizzy's worsened, fast....

Hi Everybody, a cold, but sunny beautiful day here in Nashville, and Lizzy is romping through the lawn and bouncing like a deer! She's so funny, and acting back up to strength, except she's still got weight to put on. Swelling is going down slightly, and she's starting to shake her head now (like when they get wet), which she hasn't done in 3 weeks. She's done it several times today. Will know more on biopsy when vet talks to pathologist Monday, to get more details. But, things are looking UP for Lizzy!!
I am just THRILLED!!! It was ALL those boxer vibes!!

Lizzy's Progress....

I am so happy to report that Lizzy has gained her weight back, the swelling of the lymph node is reducing pretty well with the antibiotics, not gone yet, and still somewhat hard, but definately good results from 1 week ago. She is very much back to herself running and jumping around, she kidney beans and goes crazy when I give her the "hairy-eyeball" look....she is so spoiled now she'll never go back. She is happy as can be. The nodes look good, and the biopsy is still inconclusive other than the Peniculitis, which is an infection. We're hoping that under some very concidential conditions, she developed this infection. The vet thinks cancer would not show this improvement with antibiotics so quickly, if at all. So, it is looking great!
I plan on getting a puppy, fawn boy, as soon as I find the right litter, but I'm so excited Lizzy will be in god health to "show the ropes" to her future baby. Lizzy always loved puppys, and I think she would lick it to death! I think it would give her elder years some excitement, and purpose. I can't wait! I'll post pics-

Hello everyone....thrilled to report that Lizzys lymph node had drastically reduced swelling over the last 7 days, and she is definately back to her old self again! Although there are a few more smaller lumps in the area, and the node is still somewhat hard, a DRASTIC improvement from just 1 weekend ago! Things are looking great, and it is looking like my worst fear has left the picture (I guess anything could happen....) but it is looking awesome!!!! She is doing so well, and getting S-P-O-I-L-E-D
She won't have the old ways without giving me attitude...won't eat kibble, wants to sleep on the bed, getting on the couch....all the luxuries she was spoiled with when she's sick- I can't say no to that face!!!
Oh well, who's complaining, I still have my girl! She has a TON of boxer vibes she's sending out for any of you who may be running low.......
