Help... Here comes the poop again

Hi all, well I decided to try and feed Thut the California Natural one more just to make sure it wasn't me just being paranoid about the kibble giving him diarrhea (he's had solid poops with chicken and rice for days), low and behold hours later he litterally ran out side to poop and it was all loose and runny diarrhea so needless to say the California Natural is now going to be out of the picture for him (and of course mommy now feels terrible about it :( Now a question that I have is how much pepto do you think I ought to give him? He's about 75lbs and 7 yrs old (I've already given him a Tbsp but I don't know if that's enough, or if he should be getting a adult person's dose). Please help...

I've never given Pepto so I can't help you there. Hope your baby feels better soon!

I've never used pepto. I use canned pumpkin, the real stuff, not the pumpkin pie mix. Its great for diarehha because of the fiber, it absorbs the excess water. Its actually great for constipation too! I always have a can of it in the cupboard or some frozen in the freezer.

Just curious, but would the pumpkin work for humans, too?
