Help- Camy has a another UTI

My dog Camy is on her 4th UTI in the past year. I don't know what to do. The doctor prescribed Amoxicillian and its just not cutting it. She has also been chewing on things more. Do you think she is anxious?

While UTIs are common in dogs,four I would say is excessive. I would find out exactly where or what type of infection it is and go from there. I think if you Google "canine UTI" you will find more info on what I'm talking about. UTIs can generate from various locations in the system.
