Hey yall im a college freshman and soon will be a very very proud owner of a boxer boy.i currently live ina dorm so i dont have the adequate space for a puppy however by the start of summer i will be purchasing a puppy and start the training so that next year it will be in great shape. I go to shsu but will be transferring to Texas A&M university to study and major in Civil Engineering. This boxer will be my first personally owned boxer and any tips/ or tricks to help me improve the happiness will be greatly appreciated. And for anybody curious no i will not neglect the dog. I will have free time that i can guarantee will almost always go to the dog. I know some might give me the im to young speech but i feel i will do great. So just saying hello and i will keep yall updated with the puppy!

Welcome to BW! I bet you can't wait to get your boxer baby. I don't think anyone will give you a hard time about being "young", a lot of us here are young too, and there are lots of responsible college students who take great care of their babies! :) You will find lots of great advice and support on helping you choose a puppy, responsible breeders, nutrition, you name it! You have come to the right place! :)
