I've been reading posts now for a while. I live in Tallahassee, FL and have a 12 month old, male boxer named Kobe who is VERY stubborn, hence my obsession with this site!! Great information here!

Welcome! I think most of us can sympathize with you, I haven't met a boxer that is not stubborn, especially around that age! It does get better, and you will find tons of great info and advice here on things to do to get your pup to be more obedient!
