We have 2 rescued boxers,we got a 4 year old female 1 year ago she's fawn and white from the boxer rescue
This last January the woman at the rescue called and said they got a 1 year old brindle male in that was almost dead from not being fed and had almost been beaten to death by it's owner when we got to the Boxer rescue we were shocked he was so thin that even the bones on his back were sticking out he had scars all over him he looked more like a grayhound than a boxer so of course we adopted him.
It took acouple of months for him to trust us since he had such a horrible life but now he is the most lovable dog we ever had he would be a lap dog if we let him he also gained weight and is best friends with our other boxer and our 3 Yorkshire Terriers.The female boxer name is Mandi and the male's name is Fezz i think that's how it's spelled my wife named him so i will ask her how to spell it when she get's home.I will take pictures later today and post them.
