Hello everyone,
I am new here. Read many posts with much interest. My name is Benoit.
I bought a pure breed Boxer a few weeks ago. He is now 3 months old. We called him Charlie and me and my wife already love him very much.
I have been having another dog for over a year also, he is a boxer/pit bull mix and his name is Coco. He is very sweet and easily accepted Charlie. They get along well. Sometimes Charlie gets rough with Coco and growls while playing with him. Coco willingly rolls on his back to let little puppy Charlie climb on him in dominance.
It's nice to be here and am looking forward to have a pleasant time with other Boxer lovers.

Hi Benoit! Welcome to BoxerWorld! Where are you in Mtl? My boyfriend and I are in Brossard. We have Vegas,our brindle and white boxer who is 1 yr old. We got him from a breeder in Mirabel. Where did you get your boxer boy?
There are a handful of people from Montreal here now- it would be cool to all meet one day so our pups could play with other boxers :)

Hello Crystal! I live in St-Francois, Laval. But you know, every weekend I come to Brossard! I`m very familiar with Brossard. My brother lives there, and my parents in-law live in Greenfield Park.
I come almost every weekend with my dogs and sometimes go to a dog parc which you may know. I don`t know the name of the street but the parc is big. It is like a big mountain of grass, surrounded by a fence. I go there with my dogs and my brother, who has a black Labrador.
Yes, it would be nice if we could all go to a place like that with our Boxers...

Where I got my Boxer

Hi Crystal,
I forgot to answer where I got Charlie. I bought him at `Ranch Chez Boxy`.
It is on the South Shore in St-Chrysostome. The breeder is Colette Jaquet and she breeds Boxers and Boston Terriers. I wanted to visit all the breeders before buying. But when we saw "Charlie", we could not resist...

Congrats on your boxer pup! We're also in Mtl... right downtown! My parents live in Duvernay though, so we're in Laval often. Our pups should meet! Mine is 4 months old now, we got her in Ontario from Rodlin Boxers.

Sure! Usually we go on the weekends. I'll send you a private message next time... Actually I tried to send you one now but it did not work - I think you need to activate it (If I remember correctly you have to click on User CP then edit options... then you can click on enable private messaging). Hope to meet you and your little puppy soon! Crystal you should come too - Kashmir is still waiting to meet Vegas!!!

Thanks to let me know about this function. I did as you said and it should be activated now. I don`t really know how it works though, I mean how to write a private message. I`ll check it out.
