HELLO From Va!!!

Hey!! I am new to the board but not to boxers!! My hubby and I had a sweet adoreable white boxer named Sinbad for 11yrs but we recently lost him to cancer so I am her looking for a place to talk about boxers and work my courage up to get a new one. I am just having a hard time replacing Sinbad because he was my first baby....and I had such a hard time losing him. But I am def going to get another boxer because I have 3 boys and I have found that all boxers I have ever had them around LOVE kids!! Anyway I feel like I am just rambeling on now!! So I just wanted to introduce my self!!!

Hi and welcome to BW! So sorry to hear of your loss. I'm sure you'll never be able to replace Sinbad but maybe soon you'll be able to let another boxer into your life. Luckily, I haven't had to deal with this yet but I know it will be so hard when it does happen. So glad you could join us. This is a fantastic site. Enjoy! :D

It is very hard to let go, My last fur baby died roughly 3 years ago, I have only just got Elvis this year, he reminds me so much of Bruno and the odd thing is I didnt have the choice of the litter, as he was the last left out of the litter but his markings and expression are just that of Bruno so I would have picked him anyway!

Welcome Mischief1212. I am sorry for your loss. In time you will heal.I didn't think I could love another dog as much as I loved my first two. I am amazed at how quickly they can steal you hearts. I was empty for 7 months but Indy has been a blessing.
