Hi Christine, Jazz & Gretchen Welcome to BW! I am so jealous that you have 2 littermates. My hubby wants us to get 2 puppies next time we get another boxer. We have a 4 year old Golden mix right now and Macon our 2 year old boxer, so we're going to wait a long time. Looking forward to seeing pictures!!!

Littermates are a wonderful idea on the one hand and a terrible idea on the other hand. They have such fun together that it elimated the first night troubles, but they are so attached that they worry when they are apart. The trainer and I are working on getting them used to functioning independant from one another. Cross your fingers! That's harder than handeling (sp?) two at once. LOL

Congrats to you and your 2 pups. I have an 8 month old now and I was ready for another one shortly after I got her but it won't happen for a while I'm sure. I'm sure your hands will be full for a while. I live in Greenville, SC but I love going to the Smokey Mtns.

The girls have become my little obsession. DH thinks I've gone around the bend. ha ha I do have lots of help though. DH helps when he's at home and the kids (3 here all the time, 3 twice/month) help out as soon as school is out. The pups do not lack for attention, that's for sure.

Hi Christine! I am also in E Tennessee (Knoxville area) and have a 9 week old male, Jesse, who is quite a handful. Sometimes I wish I had taken 2 puppies...at least they would have the same energy level to play with each other. I've got two older mini schnauzers that just can't cope with him sometimes. But we're all surviving so far. I haven't found a trainer yet and will be concentrating on that in the next week or two.
