I have had my boxer ,Rowdy, for almost a year now. I saved him from his previous owner who thought he had to whip him with whatever he could get his hands on. Rowdy was a year old the first of Sept.2004, and he is the sweetest pup a person could want, after coming from where he did. I am 59 years old and on disability retirement because of too many back surgeries. My wife works at a financial instution, We have four kids who are all married and have given us ten grandkids. My oldest daughter has two boxers, males, living in her home, and they are nothing like Rowdy. They run all the time chasing each other.
Rowdy started out as an outside dog but he now rules the inside of our home. He had never been trained to be an inside dog but he has never had an accident in the house or garage. I have learned to use the vacuum cleaner really well, keeping the shedded hair up.
I'm sorry for being so late in getting my first post in, but because of my old ticker, I spent a little time in the really expensive medical hotel, and just let it slip by me. Hinksy
