Hello there, just thought we should introduce ourselves. This handsome boy is my furbaby Tyson. We also call him Goo and McPoo (depending on the day!), Tyson was a rescue dog and had severe separation anxiety, was horribly underweight, and was very ill with kennel cough. He has had a complete turn-a-round and is such a happy guy now. Recently we rescued him a sister named Sable (pictures to come). Sable had never been inside a house past the mudroom, she had never been in a kitchen, slept on a bed, or been around other dogs or many people. She had been left outside most of the day and only allowed inside without drinking water so she didn't have to be house trained. She is adjusting well and in under 2 weeks has gone from a freaked out baby to a high energy go go go kind of girl. She doesn't pull when walked, can let you know when she needs out, and is now on a regular feeding schedule (with water all day long!) She is happy with her big brother Tyson.

We are looking forward to sharing our experiences and information with everyone!

Welcome Sable! Looking forward toher pictures and great stories! I'm sure she loves her new home - what a poor girl! It's great that you took her - and Tyson must be sooo happy too to have a new playmate!

I know what you are saying, we got Boo (approx 2 yrs- brindle male ) Nov 2003 from the boxer rescue. Yery under weight, mange and so very scared. At first he would go through the house low to the ground like a turtle, OMG it it just broke my heart he was so very sad. Of course our sweet boxer Belle ( 2 yrs- fawn- female) was so very good to him from day one, he is getting down the boxer twist and wiggle real well. It makes me feel good to know he is in a better enviroment and is going to be loved from here on out. Best of luck to you.
