Hello everyone!
I am new here. We bought our boxer puppy in April. She is now about 18 weeks and growing fast. We have been working on basic commands but still struggling with the house breaking. I am not sure if we are training her or she is training us. LOL! Our family can't wait for her to be able to join us in the rest of the house. The kids really want her to be with them at night. For now she can stay in the wash room and kitchen. At any rate, I am glad to find this place and I hope to find lots of helpful information. Oh, our girls name is Saria. The kids named her after a Nintendo game.

Thank you for the welcome. It has been a while since I belonged to a group on the internet. We are located in central ohio. Our sweet girl is a fawn boxer with some unusual markings on her tail. We got a boxer because my husband fell in love with our neighbors boxer. Our elderly german shepard died in the early spring and we were just lonely without a pet. I must admit I did not want a puppy, but the kids did sooooo much. Well, I am totally hooked on her. She is sweet, smart and stubborn!

I am not that computer savvy yet, so a picture might take a while. LOL. Saria is pronounced like Maria with a S instead of a M. The kids got the name from the game Legend of Zelda from Nintendo. Our last doggy that passed away in the early spring was named Zelda! Can you tell we have 4 boys in the family? The only tricky thing is our only daughter IS named Maria, so many times we are calling the dog and she answers instead.
