Trish I can imagine how they mispronounce your name.LOL My family name is "LeBoeuf" so you know I get the same treatment. As for our Rocky he is a little over a year and a half years old. He's smart as a whip and as gentle as a lamb. Every morning when I get up I can expect two paws on my chest and a big wet kiss! Then he's ready for his morning rub!LOL We decided not to dock the ears on him and I'm glad we did, it fits his personality. Thanks for welcoming me on board here at Boxer World.

Welcome to BW. I am also from your part of the country. Rocky is gorgeous. That must have been the Christmas snow in the picture. It was very rare indeed. I hope that you can get home soon.

Welcome from a fellow displaced cajun. We are from Gretna, 4 miles out of downtown New Orleans. My husband and I along with Zoe evacuated to Baton Rouge the day before the storm and are hoping to go back home at the end of the month, but who knows with Rita out there now. Anyway, welcome, you are really going to enjoy yourself here, and quite often your family will find you laughing out loud at the computer and wonder if you could be crazy.

Thanks Shawn, looks like Rita may bypass La. we are keeing our fingers crossed. By also we crossing whatever other appendages we can for our friends here in texas. The folks in Houston have bent over backwards for us Katrina refugees. I only hope they are spared the brunt of this storm. If you are in this storms path do not take it lightly. Gather your precious belongings including your Boxer(s) and get to safety. Take care out there!
