me and my baby oscar the great just joined . i just wanted to introduce oursefls to everyone.and maybe get some tips on a few things.first off i need to know a healthy weight for my puppy.he eats very finicky.what types of food would be good for him .he is 3 months going on 4 soon.and i just love him.but looks to me like hes looseing weight.maybe the vet will have some answers for me.but sometimes people who have owned a boxer for a while know a lil more about the breed then the vet does.so any pointers would help.thx everyone . christina and oscar the great.

Welcome Oscar and mommy, we are newbies too. My boxer male,Frankie, also
was a bad eater. You didn't say what food he is on. Another idea is
to have him checked for worms ie hookworm. Frankie was found to have
hookworm, but showed no outward symtoms except poor appetite. He
is 20 months now and eats like a horse!!!!

thanks everyone.im glad to be here.very nice sight.very informative.but neways hes on purina puppy chow.i personally do not like it at all.and im not sure what brand to get him.so if you have any suggestions on what type would be good for him.cause i really hate the crap you get in the store.but anyways hes dew at the vets this week.and well see what we find.ill keep everyone posted on how it goes .and thanks again oscar and christina
