Hello Boxer Lovers!!

I would just like to introduce myself and my beautiful new Boxer puppy. My name is Jonlief and my baby's name is Laila. She is a flashy-fawn, 9 week old (born 06/01/05) angel! I hope to have photo's of her up soon. If anyone could just please help me with some pointers or idea's on how to house break a boxer, that would be splendid! Hello Jonlief and Laila and welcome to BW! Congratulations on your new boxer baby! For training, if you do a search on potty training here, you will find lots of good advice. With Ty, I took him out every hour or every 20 minutes during play-also, directly after sleeping or eating and used his crate whenever I couldn't watch him completely and to sleep at night-Ty only had a few accidents ever. Good luck and enjoy all the sweet puppy stuff. Glad you have joined us!

Hello and Welcome to you and Laila. You are in the right place to get you through pupphood!!!! I would have never survived either time without BW. In the training section, do a search for "house breaking" and it turns up a ton of stuff. http://www.boxerworld.com/forums/search.php?searchid=323387 (this is the page I got when I did the search).

Just remember Laila is a baby and It takes TONS of patience!!

Welcome to bw! Potty-training does take TONS and TONS and TONS of patience! Our babies can be very stubborn! Glad you're here and can't wait to see pictures!
