Hello! I've been a lurker here since I made the decision to adopt my beloved Leiloo, 7 month old brindle boxer girl. I've found a lot of very useful information on this site and look forward to becoming part of this community!

HI and welcome to BW Your rescue is adorable, we also have a rescue, her name is TES, our other furbaby we bought as a pup (Buttercup).

We adopted Leiloo from divorcing parents who were about to take her to the humane society because neither of them were willing to take the time to care for her and love her properly. We had recently bought PollyEsther (boston terrier) and we thought she'd like to have a sister. It was so heartbreaking when we picked up Leiloo, the conditions they had kept her in (tiny crate, blanket dripping with urine, only 1 toy). She's spoiled rotten now and her and Polly have a blast together. I look forward to watching the Leiloo and Polly show every night! So much better than anything on TV.

Hi Jenn & Leiloo welcome to BW. I also have a boxer girl, 8 mos.old, all white. There are tons of helpful info here. Still haven't figured out how to post pics. Its fun and helpful to exchange info on our babies. Mine rests all day and comes alive at night, I think she is part vampire. Then she is forever bringing her toys to be played with. Not to mention her boxer burn that she does around the rooms. Gotta make sure that there is an open path or she'll knock you down. Mar
