I am absolutely speechless over this!!!!! :mad: Those poor innocent babies!!!!! I am really praying that he has been reported to the humane society and to the police! This person needs to take responsibility for his cruelty to animals and be punished for it! It takes a twisted minded individual to do something like that when they could've surrendered them to the wonderful rescue organizations who would have found them loving forever homes!
