Healthy weight for a 14 mo female

My Rita is 3 years old and 48 pounds. I have had many people, who know a lot more than I do about boxers, say that she is a great size. I think the body style and type are much more important. My girl is long, lean, and (I think) just beautiful. I'm sure your girl is too.

Why is everyone so concerned with size? It seems to me that MOST think bigger is better, but I disagree. As is said here many times, the Boxer is a medium size dog. I know they do vary in size, but ALL Boxers I've met, REGARDLESS of size, Are Great Dogs!!! So to you, that want your Boxer to be bigger than everyone else's, I hope you enjoy the food bill, and like to pick up the lumps left behind. I will take my past and present kids, ANY DAY !!!! :D
