I'd never heard the actual woo woo (my two don't do it). My Boone will talk to me like Chewbacca and Lexus will bark like a Hound Dog, but I'd never heard it until we had to go over to a friend of ours house to drop something off and he asked if we'd let Gus out to go potty while we were there. Well even before I got to the door to let him out he was woo wooing like crazy....It's just the cutest thing and I wish my two would do it.
