I have never come across another breed of dog that is as confused about their size...well Fletcher certainly is, you see he thinks he is a lap dog. That silly fool will crawl into my lap and circle me until he finds a way to curl into the smallest ball possible and then sit down and look up at me as if to say "your crimping my style could you stretch out more please?" He is too funny!!! 75 Pounds of foolish dog!!!! Does your boxer do this?

Yes but Spike has to have his legs stretched all of the way out. Sometimes he will almost push us off the couch or bed! I believe I have seen somewhere that this seems to be a boxer trait!

Tyler is still small so he fits comfortably in my lap, but i have a feeling he'll do it forever. He loves to cuddle! He walks over to me and plops right down in my lap and in bed he has to be leaning up against me. He hits me in the face with his paws all night long. I dont remember the last full nights sleep i got - but to have him next to me, its worth it!

I think Max was so dissappointed when he realized he couldn't fit on my lap. He ets as much of himself on me as he can. And then the whole time he is wiggling trying to get more on my lap. Riley is still too little and still can fit. Both of them is more than I can manage on my lap but they still try to fit together.

Sampson is the same way - although he doesn't weigh what your baby does.

We get the biggest kick out of how our little 17 pound Bichon herds him around! It's quite a funny site.

Bubbie has been a lap dog since we got him, but I have noticed lately he will lay down beside me and put his head on my lap. Sadly I guess he is starting to think there isn't enough room on me for him to get comfortable. It makes me sad because I love holding my baby!

Matilda is 50lbs and constantly trying to lay on our laps. I do let her thought, its hard to say no to her  One of my former supervisors has two full-grown Boxers, and she said they are the exact same way!
