short and sweet:
I am treating a fish for an illness so i have a hospital tank thats down about thigh height. Well, i kept hearing several snorts and then a *clank*clank* while watching TV in the other room. I couldn't figure out what it was until i quietly peeked into our office where the tanks are......keeloh was trying to bite the fish in the hospital tank!!!! LOL It was the funniest thing. It was a combintation of his curiosity as if watching tv and his aggression towards bugs an criters(he loves to snap at flies/mosquitos. He still hasn't gotten a clue, and continues to bite at the fish through the glass! Ohhhhh so funny:p

Very funny! Daisy can't reach the fishtank but sometimes I catch her watching them. It's funny to see her head move back and forth with their every movement! Catdog!

LOL... that reminds me of when my boxer and mixed breed first saw my goldfish, they both were trying to eat him through the glass... they looked so funny trying! :p

:D This is funny, and don't you love the expressions on their faces when they are intently looking at something? I can actually see Sophie thinking.."What the ?????" We don't have a fish tank but we do have a cockatiel (way up high) and Soph hates it when he talks, she snorts and paces back and forth and of coarse that intices the bird to talk even more! Hubby is trying to get Jerry (bird) to call Sophie! Won't that be a riot????smashicon

I have a Beta on my dresser and both Cayenne and Zane will lie on my bed and watch the pretty fishy swim by. So far they have not ever attempted to get the fishy but I will be on the look out :D

boxers curiousities are one of the characteristics that attracts me *most* to the breed, and it seems like they share this trait across the board.:D who needs movies and tv!?, just stay at home and give the boxer something interesting LOL.

Funny Stuff....I have a 180 gal reef tank that my girl will stand on her back legs and box with the fish as they go by. She stands there and wails at the tank and then also tries to bite them....Its great....:D

Super Boo

Completely Boxer Crazy
On her trips to Petsmart, Boo likes to bark at and bang her paws on the fishtanks and the birdy tanks. Even the employees crack up. She likes it when the poor animals flutter/swim away.

That's funny, the first time and very few times I have heard Tyson Woo-Woo was to our fish. We put our tank in when he was about 6 months old. He would stare at our tank with his head tilted forever. After about a week it got to be old news. Cute story!!

We have a 9 yr old African Grey parrot Lilly who talks to the dogs all the time. She calls them really sweet by name, (in my voice). Then when they come over to her she yells, NO BIRD NO BIRD at them.....lol. Which of course is what we did when they were small to teach them to leave her be. She is allowed to walk on the floor, from her cage in living room, to her stand in kitchen, and they are very good to leave her alone. She will walk within inches of their face as they lay on the rug, and they will move their eyes to watch her, but not their heads, cause if they raise their heads she yells NO BIRD NO BIRD at them and they lay right back down fast... too funny! She also yells at them NO BARKING, and Tells them to KNOCK IT OFF DOGS (when they are playing to rowdy by her cage). Funny thing is the dogs actually listen to her like she is ME! And she is learning to mimic Sammy snoring, Oh MY! The combination is priceless. The dogs get even with her tho, when she is trying to sneak down the kitchen into the pantry to chew on potatoes or something, they do the jackhammer in circles, then stop whine and literally stare at her till someone catches on and busts her. Who needs TV!
