Elvis was the same way for a long time. When we first got him home, he'd shake and shiver and try to run in the door as soon as we let him out. I walked him on leash for about 2 months straight, and that seemed to help everything. We just got our first snow of the season...and I couldn't get him to come inside!! Good luck.

I started feeding mine outside. Everyone LOVES to go outside now!

Once when Zen was a puppy and I took him outside to "go toilet" I crouched down on the ground and saw the world at his height-very daunting for a little puppy! It may all be abit too much for him and may need your loving guidance and patience for a while.
