Has anyone else's boxer baby had lockjaw?

Mika had a scary trip to the vet yesterday with a dislocated locked jaw, eveyone say's boxer cant get lockjaw, well I saw it first hand, and poor Mika experienced it just by taking a nap! Has anyone else's baby had lockjaw? I would like to learn more about it and this corrective surgery the vet is suggesting.

Apparently those links are not working but if you go the the health forum and do a search using the word "yawn" a few threads on the subject of locking jaws come up.
