Today Cinda turned seven. We have had her for six of those years-my daughter bought her as a pup and trained her before needing to adopt her out to us. Cini has given me more love and joy than I thought possible and I love her so much. Realistically, I know she's getting on, but there is no showing of age except in her greying around the muzzle. She is a gentle, laid back, precious friend who has helped me through some pretty hard times. For her birthday she got a new gold coloured collar which sets off her brindle colouring beautifully and a bag of bacon flavoured treats. Right now my ten and a half month old grandson Jaxon is using her to stand up against and learn to walk. Doesn't last long before Cini sits down on the job though! She's a good babysitter.
