Gross questions, but just curious...

Dexter has this as well on his little wee wee...I asked the vet when we were there for something else and found out as well that it's normal. However because it does gross me out, even when he cleans himself (I can't stand the gross noises that are made when he cleans himself....talk about gag!), anyway...I make sure when I bath him I clean his little wee wee with a wash cloth very well, I do this about once a month. After all something that has build up/or drainage like that is bound to become something worse if it's not taken care of at least once in awhile.

smegma

It's called Smegma it normal but to much is not normal and coulf indicate an infection in their sheath ( the parking garage). My guy had an infection in his sheath when we first got him and he was put an antibotics and we had to clean in inside of it with saline for 2 weeks now no problems since then
