Hello Boxerworld!

I have been browsing the forums for months now, and finally got a chance to register, and I just wanted to introduce myself!

My name is Ricki, and my husband and I are preparing ourselves for a new boxer pup in the spring. We have never had a dog as a pet, so we are reading all of the literature we can. We were introduced to the breed by a family friend who has a loyal boxer named Neo. The breeder that we have chosen had a litter this past summer, but with our wedding and honeymoon plans, we decided to wait until their next litter sometime in the spring. Plus, our lives will be back to normal, and we can focus on the puppy.

I look forward to chatting with everyone and learning as much as I can about boxers before we bring our new pup home!

Welcome to Boxerworld. We are like you we were just able toregister as well. We have had our boxer since April and he is the best. I am not sure what we did before we got him. They are the best and you will be forever grateful that you have him. Our boxer has such a wonderful personality. I would love to get another one because we have had such good luck with him.
