It is wonderful to find such an enthusiastic gathering of fellow Boxer lovers. I look forward to forming friendships with many of you. I would like to introduce my canine companion, Sophie.
Sophie is a one-year old fawn. She was rescued on April 27th of this year by a local boxer club member after being shut into a small apartment since birth. She came to my attention the same day and I immediately adopted her.
She is very healthy and happy on my one-acre property in North Carolina. She immediately became friends with our Bassett Hound, and settled right in.
According to her rescuer, Sophie is pedigreed, but I have as yet been unable to secure her registration documents.
Sophie came to me with a few bad habits and experiences, but thanks to the 'dog whisperer', a local veterinarian, and a lot of love and attention, she is integrating into our family quickly and gracefully. Boxers are resilient!!
