Gooey Drips...from female

Our 7 yr old spayed female occasionally has stringy goop from her urinary tract. Any ideas? Shes hypothyroid and on meds.

When Sandy was younger, she had that problem quiet often, she had uti's almost constantly for several months. Take her to the vet, it will not get better without anti biotics.
