Boxer Pal
It has been a hard few weeks and for those of you that saw my original post about this in earlier June thanks for the hugs and prayers.
Our 6 year Troy, put up a great fight against Lymphoma and earlier this morning we knew it had gone far enough. His treatment worked great for 8+ weeks and he was a true Boxer in his never say stop attitude and desire.
My wife and I, decide late Sunday night that it was time for us to let him go, when we noticed the return of 2 golf ball size Lympnodes. Then around 10ish he got up for his walk and he had a hard time walking and moving around. It was only this first time he displayed any type of having discomfort and we could not bare the thoughts of him suffering.
He was a wonderful addition to our family and everyone will miss him. Thank you Troy for being there when we needed you, for making us smile when we felt down. For your never say stop boxer attitude and for welcoming me home when I had a hard day at work. You were truely a joy to have around and I hope you are playing and running around with Canyon and Max.
I can truely hope that you will be waiting there for us when it is our time to join you across the rainbow bridge.
Missing you, Will never forget you. Love you always.
Glen, Julie, Paul and Katie.
