going pee/poo in one spot

I have two dogs, a boxer and a Doberman Cross, both females.
and i was wondering if there was some how, some way to train them to go pee in one spot and stick to a certain area of the back yard to go poo?

any suggestions would be great.

A lot of people on this board have trained their dogs to go in one spot. I would make sure that you always take them to the same spot. You will need to take them out on a leash until they learn.

Jan is correct. I used a leash and it works.
Alot easier to clean it up when it's all in one area.
