Going into Heat?

My puppy is 9 months and she's been acting funny the passed to days, the male dogs are going nuts when she's outside and my other dog tries to sniff around that area and she's constantly licking herself down there and just being more lazy.
Are there any signs I should know of?

Sounds like she's in heat. Make sure she is not left unattended outside even just to potty, that she is on leash so that a male dog does not come into the yard and tie with her.

I agree with Meghan. Don't let her out of your sight for at least the next 30 days. Is your other dog fixed?

My other dog is a female. All she's been doing today is like been so calm and layed down all day and just wanted to be petted it's weird 'cause shes always so hyper.
