We have a boy/girl combo. They get along great. Cleo is the Alpha but she is also the oldest. Cairo at times will let her know when she is being to bossy however.

I actually prefer males over females. I always have male animals. Females have to much of an attitude. But it will all depend on what Sampson wants.

That's funny that you prefer males, I'd never had a male pet of any species before in my life, all girlies for me I'm afraid from dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs
I just didn't want a male but got one as I didn't want to chance bitch fighting, I can't believe how biased I was before and am sooooo glad we got a male now (little bugger that he is )
