It really means a lot to us to see the outpouring of love for our little girl. We miss her terribly and just can't imagine when it will get better or stop hurting so much.

Waking up this morning and not hearing her get up and shake and jingle her collar because it was time to go out was almost too much to take.

Your support means a lot at this very difficult time.

I just read your thread -- so sorry for your loss :( Sweet Gibney is happy and healthy now that she's crossed the rainbow bridge. I am sure that she misses you as much as you miss her. You have done a wonderful thing by caring for her for these past few years. She will always be with you in your heart; God speed sweet Gibney.

Thank you SO much to all of you for your posts - Matt and I are so devistated and heartbroken right now, but your loving support does help ease our pain. We became better people the day she trotted into our lives, and will miss her every moment of everyday. I keep seeing her, I thought I saw her a few times this morning, I think I actually lifted my leg to walk over her bed when I got up.

Give your Boxer an extra hug tonight from Gibney, she would want that. Boxers hearts are so big because they love so hard.

I will be telling Gibney about all of you in my little prayers to her.

Your words were so touching, it is very obvious she was more than a "pet" to you guys. Even her pics (with the exception of the Eagles jersey, look in my gallery & you will see why ) you guys looked so happy & in love. They really do become a part of our hearts.
