Geting to know LC

YOUR BOXER'S NAME: L.C. Doodle (the LC stands for Lou's child, her prev. owners name was Lou)

NICKNAME(S):The Mess!! Which can vary into the BIG MESS or little mess depending on how much of a mess she that day.

COLOR:Black and fawn brindle w/ small white blaze between eyes and white feet and chest

FOOD:Was Ol' Roy, sorry I didn't know any better at the time, Now she and Buddy(golden brother) are eating natural balance ultra premium.

VITAMINS/HERBS:Other than grass outside and the odd bush or tree, none

HAD SINCE PUP OR A RESCUE?:Had for about a year and a half, Previous owner was staying with me for a short time after a bad breakup with her ex- boy friend. She and her new boyfriend travel alot so I got her. I got the better end of the deal I think.

ALLOWED ON FURNITURE?:try to keep her off. Yes, but very well mannered and will get off if asked politely, but firmly.

ALLOWED ON YOUR BED?:Yes, but only when going to sleep.

STILL PULLS?:On the leash? no, she's usually good enough that I can walk her without being on a leash. Otherwise she pulls like hell when she has her toy and someone else thinks they can get it away from her.

TYPE OF COLLAR USED?:Red nylon adjustable snap together type

TYPE OF LEASH USED?:6ft red (we must match dear) nylon

OBEDIENCE CLASS GRADUATE?:Yes, but prev owner did it when she was a puppy and I don't know the name of the school.

BEST TRAIT(S):I don't think I have enough room. Everything, she's the best

WORSE TRAIT(S):Sometimes shy and standoffish with me, I don't know if its the "other" dog being more dominant or not.

WHAT MAKES HIM/HER WHINE?:Wanting to out or come in, wanting to play, PLAY WITH ME!!! A really good dinner. If the toy is stuck where she can see it but not get it.

WEARS CLOTHES (i.e. sweaters, bandanas, booties)?:She had a sweater for when its cold, but its torn up, sweaters can't handle playtime. Got her a heavy duty doggy horse blanket so shes warm and believe me it can take abuse.

BRUSH YOUR BOXER'S TEETH?:NOt yet, but Vet says their in very good shape for now.

INSURED?:NO, but thinking about it. Tried to write her off as home security system, but was rejected. Don't ask me why.

HEALTH PROBLEM(S)?:none yet, thank goodness. Found a small cycst and Vet thinks she has an enlarged nipple, but he says not to worry unless they get larger.

SURGERIES?:Spayed before first heat.

TYPE OF COLLAR USED?: It's a combo collar, most of it is regular nylon with a small area of chain. It's stronger than a regular nylon collar, but not anything like a pinch collar or chain.

OBEDIENCE CLASS GRADUATE?: He did kindergarten once, basic obedience twice, and just finished intermediate. Summer school starts in 2 weeks!
BEST TRAIT(S): He's just a very, very sweet and happy dog. All he wants is to be with people.
WORSE TRAIT(S): He's a whiner, and his first reaction to seeing something new is to be scared. He also gets bored very easily in school and can be stubborn.
