Getting his "Man's" chopped off

My poor lucky is getting neutered today and we pick him up in about 8 hours. I just want to know if there is anything I should be on the look out for. I feel so bad but its one of those things where if you are not "showing" the dog then you have to neuter him to keep aggression and wandering off down.

It is also better for the health of the dog in the long run as well. A male can smell a female for about a mile away. Can you imagine how frustrating that must be. I think just try to keep the lil guy calm(yeah right)and keep an eye on the area. He'll be ok. He may be groggy, and his appetite might be a little off. He will be back to his old self in no time.
