Gets Out of Bed.............

Bubba is 7 yrs old & has slept with me all of his life, not just sleeping on the bed mind you but pratically pushing me off the bed, then about 6 months ago he defected, he gets on the bed at our usual time but after about 30 minutes he jumps down to the floor then after a few hours he goes downstairs & gets on the couch, he comes back the 1st time my alarm goes off & jumps back in bed & rolls over on me to have his belly rub! I don't know why the change, not the weather bcuz he starting leaving me in the winter, I don't like it one bit but he always gets his way!

At the moment it's winter here and Diva sleeps under the duvet - she does not get out of bed all night. But in summer when it is alot warmer she sleeps on top of the bed, but will often jump off the bed in the middle of night and go and sleep on her bed or on the floor. I think it is something to do with the heat and fact that she is too hot on my bed.

Maybe he's becoming independent :p We don't let ours on the bed at night because they're such a bed hogs and I'm a very cranky person if I don't get my sleeps. Anyhow, Lily will sleep with only her head under the bed, during the night she would go down stairs to sleep on the couch with Ruby. Ruby used to do that too but nowthat he's a man he doen't want to sleep in the same room with mommy and daddy unless there are thunderstorms :D They are full of wonders.....

Xena roams sometimes too. She always comes to bed with me (or Dave) but often will leave during the night. Sometimes she comes back in the morning, but not always. I miss her when she leaves, but she's just being independent.

Titus is in bed or in trouble. If he gets up, you have to go with him or he will get into trouble. On Saturday, he chewed up a roll of double-sided tape, a tube of pedicure lotion, and almost a 2-way radio charger. All because I tried to sleep in an extra half hour. :rolleyes:

capone has gotten out of bed with us this summer too I have been thinking it was the ac blows on him and he is cold

With Indy, you never know. He will start out on somebody's bed, but frequently goes downstairs and curls up at his favorite end of the couch. Or, he may come up, make the rounds, say good night and head to his nest. Sometimes he's content to spend the night with someone.

Ava will spend the entire night sleeping with someone. She won't necessarily spend the night in one bed. She will share herself with everyone in the family.

Indy is my boy however, and when he does stir, he'll hop up on the bed and stand over me with his muzzle in my face. Once he is satisfied that I know he is there, he may settle down for a few more z's, or he may jump off the bed. That's his way of saying, "I need to go out."

Once we head downstairs, Ava is sure to be close behind.

Krose is not allowed in our bedroom. That is one place he is not allowed. That is one place that I call ''sanctuary'' away from everyone else!!! including Baris! :D

Krose has always slept in his bed. He loves his bed!!! But this year I've noticed that he sometimes sleeps on the floor where its cooler. He even goes to the bathroom and sleeps on the floor there. That is one room that we have tiles. (I know, everyone has seen the floors of my house, black and white but they are not tiles:D it's vinyl I think. We call it PVC) So that's the only room that is cooler on the floor. I think it should have something to do with the air temperature

Mack has always slept with me...right beside my face...not touching just so he can hear/feel me breathe. His brother Red slept at the foot of the bed unless it was really hot, then he got under the bed. Oscar has to be touching me to sleep. It doesn't matter how hot/cold it is either.

Magnum used to always sleep on the floor by my side of the bed, so I was confused when he all of a sudden moved to Greg's side. We figured out that it had to be because he was getting a cold draft from the ceiling fan and it didn't reach him on Greg's side of the bed.

He has a pile of comforters that he sleeps on every night and Greg always covers him up. He usually gets uncovered sometime during the night. When Justice was little she said he couldn't cover himself back up because "he doesn't have any thumbs". LMAO. :p
