Fussy at breakfast time

Every morning lately she's been looking and sniffing her food when i put it out and then walks away, sometimes shell eat it later on. Sometimes not at all.
If i put lots of yogurt and mix it up then MOST of the time shell eat it all up right away, other times not at all til later or next day
Shes eating Orijin which i like and so does she i think and its good for them. Good diet
At supper time i never put tanything on the food and she rarely doesnt eat it right away.
Sometimes i find at breakfast time it helps if she sees me eating for her to eat

Its funny cus i know shes hungry but without the yogurt she doesnt want it. Being fussy for some reason? The yogurt almost as if hits her taste buds and reminds her that shes hungry then she eats. Or has it become a habbit now that she knows if i dont give her the yogurt, 15 mins later ill mix it in?

Probably a little of both. Sometimes they need a little something first to get them going. But in her case she's likely also learned that she'll get the yogurt if she holds out

Are you feeding her the right amount for a dog her size? Caney went through a "phase" where she wasn't finishing her meals, and acted uninterested sometimes in the mornings -- turned out she just needed a little less food than what we were giving her.

Not sure how old yours is but Koa went through that phase when he was younger (around 3 or 4 months). We did the exact same thing with the yogurt, I know not a good training thing but he was underweight and him eating mattered more at the time. He totally grew out of it, now he eats anything, anytime.
