Frontline Plus? K9 Advantix? Other? what do you use?

This is what the vet recommended for Shooter.

It's for heartworm, ticks, fleas, and much more.

We start using it June 1st and finish November 1st.

Anyone else ever heard of it?

I have looked into all the combos but most do not cover ticks? or they cover only dog ticks. We need all ticks, or atleast most.
I currently use frontline plus and heart guard, but i would love to use a one shot deal. MyPupScooter - can you provide some more info?? thanks!!

We use Fronline Plus and Heartguard. I asked the vet last Friday about the K9 Advantix, regarding mosquitos and he said that it doesnt really work. So we will stay with Frontline Plus.

My vet recommended Revolution because it works on most ticks, and comes with a free tick collar for the one kind it doesnt work on. Seems to be working well so far.

well, we use advantix, but we also live in a very heavy mosquito area, and since it defends both, we like it. i also like bayer products.
