I've known about this technique for a while, but never really bothered to do it. Had to study the image/article for the exact method, but I finally got around to doing it last week and it really works well. I noticed a huge difference right away and it would last for a while. I try and work on it a few times a day if I can.
Not sure if this actually makes a difference permanently, but I'll keep at it for a bit and see.
