Some of you may remember when we lost our Somba girl back in April. Now we've had to put our oldest girl Buddy down too. She was a great girl, 11 years old. I'm really sad to have lost both my girls in the same year. I miss them every day.

I'm so sorry about your girl. It's hard enough to lose one, but losing two is tough. At least you know they are together now at the Bridge watching over you.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your family member, Buddy. Glad that she was there with you for 11 years..I know how much you will miss her. Hugs to you.

Sorry to hear about Buddy--but atleast she is not alone--she has your Somba to guide her. Mybe Somba needed her more than you did.
Be happy Buddy!!!!

Very sorry to hear about Buddy. I remember reading your post about Somba as well. I am sure they are together now romping and playing at the bridge.

Its always hard to let go, and having had a boxer for many years dosnt make the goodbyes any easier.
My sympathies to you and your family at this sad time.

My smypathies on the loss of your furry loved one.

The breeder of my first boxer, upon his passing, told me that the best way to move on is to get a puppy immediately. I hope this helps. I will be looking for your posts to see if you introduce a new pup.

Again, sorry to hear about Buddy.

Hi, Roxanna. We were keeping three dogs. When Somba left us we rescued a Border Collie from the local pound. You can read my post about the troubles I'm having with her in the "Other Pets" forum, titled "Need help with Border Collie behavior."

She is quite an intensive dog and at this time I'm pretty hesitant to bring in another dog. I don't know if we are going to be able to keep her, I'm pretty frazzled over the whole thing. She is such a sweet dog 99 44/100th's % of the time though. I need to talk with a trainer I guess, if I can find a good one.
