First Bag of Chicken Soup

I always used Diamond products. Draco used to have Premium Edge and now Argos and Theia has Chicken Soup

I'm going to start the switch to Chicken Soup today. After reading all of the good things about it (and the bad things about Science Diet). I hope that Sarge likes it as much as everyone else's pups have.

Brindy has been on it a week on friday, and she scraffes it down!!! She loves it. Although I know its still early and hopefully this will change after being on it a while her poos are quite large. Larger than what they were on Natural Balance. Before I put her on Natural Balance she was on ProPlan and had big poos. So hopefully she is just trying to adjust, and I have been giving her more yogurt than usual since she was on an antibotic

Let me know if anyone has bigger poos on Chick Soup-I know that's gross but I hope its just not my girl.

Well, I started Apollo on CS this past week and he absoutely loves it. He is such a finicky eater, but with this one, he hears me getting his dog bowl and he waits right by his dog food stand and wags his little nub.. It's funny because I'm still mixing it with what I have left of Nutro and he actually pushes the nutro around in his bowl so that he could get the CS kibbles first. Very, very pleased with CS.

I have been feeding Cain Purina because that was what the previous owner was feeding him. I have been reading the boards in regards to what foods to switch him over too. I happen to catch a glimps of Chicken Soup and did not read the post. I kept thinking to myself, "they feed the dogs a can of chicken soup?"" hahaha. So last night I was in the pet shop, and I saw the Diamond, the Nutro, Science Diet...and had no idea what to pick. They did not have small bags, and I did not want to spend $25 on a bag of food he was not going to like. As I walked around the corner, there was the Chicken Soup brand. So, I bought the trial size bag for $2. I gave Cain a handful when I got home. He just scarfed it down. So, I mixed some in with his Purina and then we will make the switch. The trial bag also came with a $4 or $2 rebate offer depending on what size bag your purchase. So, I am going to the other shops that carry it ( I checked the www.chickensoupforyourpetssoul.com) and compare prices.

Yummy Chicken Soup

Well...my mama always said, "you gotta eat your chicken soup!" I think she was right.

Our lil Bitty Bo was apparently eating Kibbles-n-Bits before we rescued her. BLEH...

We started her on a 50/50 mix of Chicken Soup puppy formula & Nutro yesterday...we give her 1 cup total each meal three times a day. I add one tsp fullfat yogurt, 1/4 tsp Missing Link Omega 3 supplement, a lil hot water to make the yummilicious gravy and let me tell you ... this lil girl has turned from a boxer into a piglet...LOL

She does the boxer wiggle the entire time she's chowing down.

I am thinking of mixing in some Chicken Soup with the Premium Edge I'm feeding now. Sam has always done well on the PE but is starting to have some killer gas. And, like firedog, I found it at the feed store for 15.99-much cheaper than at the pet store where I buy the PE.

I decided to switch my dogs to Chicken Soup, they are eating Nature's Recipe right now. At a local feed store it's $24.99 for the 35 pound bag. Both dogs got very excited when they smelled it. I'm slowly making the switch and am very happy with the price as well as the food. The dogs seem to like the taste. Boru goes back to re-lick his dish after he is done eating.

I've been feeding Chicken Soup for awhile now...My 2 love it; in fact, when we go to someone else's house & there's dog food sitting out they take one sniff of it & turn their heads! They won't even touch anything else. My dad's dog, who's eats Nutro, ate both Harley's & Zoe's bowls of it tonight -
4 1/2 cups total!!!
I can't believe all the price differences...I get my 35# bag for only $24 and that includes tax!!!!!

My two have been on it for about 5 months now...i am dying to know where you can get it for $24 a bag.....i have searched lots of places here in atlanta and we pay 33 + tax!! Let me know!!
