Just wanted to drop you a note. I was reading about your Maggie and couldn't help but relate. We have had Chewy for seven years. He is now undergoing chemo for lymphoma. We may have him for another 4 months. My kids (15 and 12) really need to move on by looking into getting a new dog. Our problem is my husband. He seems to think that we should be living a wake 24/7 or until Chewy is ready to be put down. I'm concerned about my youngest. I'm not sure this is the best way to go. I do want my son to understand that death is a natural process. Unfortunately one we all go through with pets some time or other. Thanks for letting me vent! Michelle
